There is huge risk in being overconfident but sometimes it is justified and on this occasion, I feel that Arsenal fans have every right to be confident of victory over Tottenham on Sunday at the Emirates.
There are clear issues at Spurs, the team does not have a united feel about it, they were fortunate to beat Aston Villa, got smashed against Man City and even now I have no idea how they scraped a draw and even though they dominated against Newcastle they had very few chances and the loss was not that much of a surprise.
They are not the team they were just a few months ago, certainly not at this stage and if any of you remember the build-up to the game at the Emirates last season it was Arsenal that was the underdogs and they still won 4-2 and deservedly so.
Arsenal have strengthened significantly, they opened up with two deserved wins and for the first half at Anfield matched Liverpool, they were not rolled over and did not retreat into themselves as they have done previously.
The stronger team right now is Arsenal, the more united team right now is Arsenal, the more exciting team is Arsenal, literally, everything about Arsenal is better than Spurs at this moment in time.
What I am saying is that right now, right at this minute in time Arsenal are in far better shape than Tottenham and I will be honest, I will be stunned if we do not beat them on Sunday.
And once that happens, North London will once again be red and I am certain it will remain that way for the rest of the season.
