Juventus eyeing raid on Arsenal following Morata exit

Juventus are claimed to be eyeing a move to sign Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal this summer.

The Old Lady confirmed that they would be losing Alvaro Morata back to Real Madrid this week, with the Spanish giants set to trigger his buy-back clause following an impressive two-year spell in Italy.

The Gunners are currently being linked with a move to sign the Spaniard following his return to Madrid, but the speculation appears to be ignoring the news on Real’s official website, which stated he would be joining up with the first-team squad for pre-season, on the manager’s orders.

Juve are now keen to add firepower to their attack, and are said to be eyeing a move for Arsenal’s Sanchez.

The report claims that Juve eyed deals for Everton’s Romelu Lukaku and PSG striker Edinson Cavani, but believe they strike a deal for Alexis for a lower expense.

I have no idea where they would get such thoughts from, not that the report has to be true, as the Chilean is a key player for our club, and would no way be leaving the club on the cheap.

Alexis is currently in the USA participating in the Copa America, where his side will take on Colombia for a place in the final against Argentina, who whooped the host nation 4-0 to seal their place in the top two.

The forward has two years remaining on his current Arsenal deal, and the club are hoping to tie him down to an extension in the coming months. Ozil is also in the same situation, and a new deal has been in the pipeline for the pair for some time now.

Do you believe we would be willing to sell Alexis? Surely that is simply not an option?
