It would appear that Arsene Wenger is still very keen on scouring the world and bringing the finest young talents to Arsenal, as it has been revealed today by the Stuttgart wonderkid Berkay Ozcan that the Gunners have been keeping tabs on him for the last two years – and are currently in ‘direct talks’ with his agent.
“My agent and I are in talks with Arsenal,” Ozcan was quoted as saying by beIN Turkey.
“Arsenal have been scouting me for the past two years and send representatives to watch my games.
“My agent is in direct talks for them.
“I am not sure if now is the right time to join Arsenal, it may be a bit early for me.
“I want to prove myself here and keep developing first.
“Ultimately, Arsenal is the club I want to join in the future, god willing I will achieve my goal.”
Ozcan is obviously very talented and has already made 26 appearances for the Stuttgart senior side despite only being 19 years old, and has represented Turkey up to U21 level so far. Like Mesut Ozil, Ozcan is of Turkish descent but was born in Germany and is therefore eligible to play for both countries at senior level.
Ozcan may think he is slightly too young just yet, but next summer he will be 20 years old and entering the last year of his present contract with the Bundesliga side. Could be the perfect age to come to the Emirates?

However I like to admit that personally not sure who fits the description and at the same time being a realistic target. I would say Vidal but again not sure he’s available and already in his 30s.

Sancho has made 1 first team appearance for Dortmund coming on as a sub with 6 minutes remaining. Nelson has started 4 or 5 matches this season and got a couple of minutes in the community shield. Based on first team game time, seems like Nelson is doing better to me.
If Arsenal are watching him and talking to his agents that means he’ll soon be sineing for Psg or man City or chelsky in the near future
Wenger is good at spotting the talent. Like it or not. He spotted players like Hazard, Zlatan, Ronaldo, Draxler, Yaya Toure, and Robinho. Dont just critisize due to the amount of hate you have towards Wenger. No one new these names when Arsenal wanted to buy them. Dont jump the gun please

He never ever fails to remind everyone.
However he is horrible when it comes to money. Misses out over few million euros, but overly generous with salaries for bench players; no need to site examples.
Remember this? Takes weeks to haggle from £45 million to £50 million, then radio silence. Last day of window in dying hours throw £90 million and cross fingers at Monaco for Lemar.
Honest question, is he even worth £50 million? We could have tried for CM Goretzka and draxler for 90 million. Or any top CM for that money
