Official teams and preview of Arsenal v Hull City

Arsenal really need to be on the ball today to make sure that we get the right result in the first game towards defending the FA cup trophy we won back in May. It might seem tough to have to face the same opponents, Hull City, as in that Wembley final, but this is no time to feel sorry for ourselves.

With a week to go before Stoke City come to the Emirates in the Premier League, Wenger will want his players to squeeze every ounce of effort from their legs. And the boss has also made a few changes, partly for fresh legs and partly to give some fringe players a chance, as he does in these early cup rounds.

The big news for Arsenal is that Theo Walcott starts his first game since injusring his cruciate ligaments against Spurs a year ago.

Ospina
Bellerin, Chambers, Mertesacker, Monreal
Coquelin, Rosicky, Cazorla
Walcott, Alexis, Campbell

subs: Martinez, Debuchy, Koscielny, Zelalem, Maitland-Niles, Chamberlain, Akpom

Arsenal fans should not worry too much about having a weakened starting line-up though, as Steve Bruce has kept just one player, Curtis Davies, from the team that beat Everton on new years day. So as long as we go about this the right way, we should sewe an Arsenal win, just like we did at Wembley six months ago.
