Official teams and preview of Hull v Arsenal

There are not too many surprises for Arsenal fans today, in fact it looks like the Arsenal team is almost picking itself at the minute, with Arsene Wenger sticking with the same starting line-up that faced Chelsea eight days ago.

There are a couple of surprises on the bench though, as with Mathieu Debuchy ruled out due to an injury niggle I thought the boss would go with Chambers to cover both right back and central defence. Kieran Gibbs is there along with Gabriel though so we have decent cover.

Another surprise for me was that Danny Welbeck is not in the squad, leaving Theo Walcott as our only striking option. You would assume that with Giroud, Alexis, Ozil and all we would be alright against Hull City but you have to wonder why Welbeck is left out while Tomas Rosicky is on the bench and the Gunners already have the likes of Ramsey and Cazorla in positions that are not their best. Jack Wilshere is also on the bench and I expect to see him at some point as long as the game allows it.

Ospina
Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal
Coquelin
Ramsey, Cazorla, Ozil, Alexis
Giroud

subs: Szczesny, Gibbs, Gabriel, Flamini, Wilshere, Rosicky, Walcott

Hull´s big striker Jelavic is fit again but only makes the bench but their five man midfield is likely to make this a tough game for the Gunners but one we really need to win if we want that second spot in the Premier League.
