Three Eintracht Frankfurt players that can cause Arsenal significant problems

Eintracht Frankfurt likes to play an expansive style of football utilising their wing-backs and wingers as often as possible and they have a handful of players that will pose significant dangers that Arsenal will have to deal with.

Danny da Costa

The 26-year-old is primarily a right-back but does like to get forward, he is not strictly a wing-back but has already shown his capabilities in the Europa League this season with a couple of goals, he has made the right-back position his own at Frankfurt despite strong competition and is an effective defender as well. Basically, the sort of defender Arsenal could do with.

Filip Kostic

A classy midfielder, the Serbian has been in good form this season, he primarily plays on the left and has already scored four goals this season, including three in the Europa League. He has become a very important figure for Frankfurt and will give the Arsenal defenders a torrid time. Bundesliga.com did a write up on him last season and I suggest you read it here, it tells you all you need to know about how dangerous he can be.

Goncalo Paciencia

The Portuguese forward is on fire, he has already scored six goals this season from 11 games in all competitions including three goals in the Europa League and three goals in the Bundesliga. He is a product of the Porto youth system and while he may not be a household name you can only judge him on his current form and right now, he is electric.

Of course, there is no guarantee that all three will play but it would be a surprise if they did not, all three come with a goal threat and yet only one is a forward, the Arsenal full-backs will certainly have their hands full and whoever Unai Emery goes with in the middle of defence they will not be having a quiet night.
