Which Arsenal will turn up against Everton? A 5-0 win or an embarrassing loss?

You never know what Arsenal will serve up in the next game. by Konstantin Mitov

So it’s Everton next and honestly after a shocking performance at Swansea and the coming game vs Tottenham, you cannot afford not to perform, but this is Arsenal, everything is possible here and I will not be surprised if we destroy Everton 5:0 or we lose the game due to defensive mistakes.

The first thing I want to see is Cech and Xhaka dropped. Those 2 players individual mistakes have cost us a lot of points and I would be really depressed if both start, but Wenger will start them both almost for sure. I want to see consequences for bad performances, because there have been many.

And while I am excited to see Aubameyang and I can’t wait to see him run past enemy defences to put the ball in the net and then do a somersault, but I wonder if Arsene might ruin Auba, just like Lacazette is struggling now.

If you see most of Pierre’s goals for Dortmund, they are tap ins! It means we need personnel to create chances and I think that Lacazette suffers from the same issue. Remember Lacazette was the 5th most prolific goalscorer in Europe’s top leagues for the past few seasons and he’s struggling here and I don’t think it’s because he can’t find the net.

But the major issue for me is the defence. I even heard people say, they would have preferred a defender instead of Aubameyang, and while I won’t go that far as I am pretty happy with our new striker, I get the point. You see we went up against Bournemouth, Watford and most recently Swansea and yet we lost all 3 games.

Those 9 points alone make up the Champions league right now and we will not make it through the league with our defensive record, because there are no signs we will fix it. There is not a single proper DM in this team and the closest thing to it was Coquelin, who was sold to Valencia.

Tomorrows game will be really interesting if one Theo Walcott, who somehow rediscovered his form at Everton, runs past our defence and puts it in the net. It’ll pile more misery on a manager who could well start Alex Iwobi again and this will be just the icing on the cake with Xhaka and Cech.

Tomorrow’s game should see us focused, because all the transfer things are done and the players who are still here should be motivated enough to get us past Everton, but with Arsenal you never know. But this won’t show if anything’s changed. Our trip to Wembley to see Spurs though definitely will!
