Could either of these two be Aaron Ramsey’s replacement at Arsenal?

As all Gunners are fully aware Aaron Ramsey will be departing us at the end of the season to link up with Juventus after signing a four-year contract with the Italian giants and we need a replacement.

The Express is claiming that Arsenal is looking at two players that have been identified as potential acquisitions.

The two players in question are AC Milan’s Franck Kessie and Cagliari’s Nicolo Barella.

Now, we have already covered the Franck Kessie rumours here, the bottom line is I do not see that one happening.

But what about Nicolo Barella?

It turns out that he is set to go to AC Milan in the event that Kessie is sold so that kills that one off, if it is unlikely that Kessie will be joining us and that Barella is being lined up as his replacement then the chances of either player signing in the summer is minimal.

That is the problems with these rumours, they are never really well thought out, once you look at the fees, wages, players styles, age and so on you soon get to realise that the chances of them becoming a Gunner is almost non-existent.

So, in conclusion, in my opinion, neither Franck Kessie and Cagliari’s Nicolo Barella will be at the Emirates next season and the search for Aaron Ramsey’s replacement goes on.

Who would you want Arsenal to replace Ramsey with?

  1. IDK about Barella, but gaining four international caps at the age of 22 is good. If he can handle the ball like Verratti and Cazorla, Arsenal should chase him

But Arsenal have got Ramsey’s replacement in Maitland-Niles with similar box-to-box style. They shouldn’t get more CMs because they already have many and they lack wingers instead

I wanted Sarr previously and disliked Pepe because he tends to cut inside, but recently I saw Pepe’s clip when playing against Sochaux and his movements reminds me of Sanchez’s. Unfortunately he could be out of Arsenal’s budget next season

    1. AMN will never be a Ramsey replacement and good things are at least now we have people in power who used to work for Barcelona and now we need to bring it some players from South America.

  2. I dont see AMN as Ramsey replacement, i think Suarez is Ramsey replacement.
Some people suggest UE doesnt trust him because he is yet to start a game, this claim is a pure misunderstanding.
A true fan who understand our manager knows he doesnt throw new players into his matchday squad anyhow, even when Cech wasnt comfortable with playing from behind style, he didnt bench him for Leno until injury.
Besides, we are doing fine presently, no one can change a winning team for unreasonable reasons, as for me ,d guy has potentials, and i see him playing better than Ramsey 10yrs with us.

    1. what???!!! please take that back…i’m still waiting to ask Southafrican gooner what he saw in him? useless signing, take that to the bank!!

ramsey has to be given credit, especially now..what a great pro, i think he’s having one of his best seasons!! as true fans let’s at least give respect to the players that have proven their loyalty, love for the club, and fought for that shirt!!!
