Blistering Willock goal against Liverpool claims Arsenal October goal of the month.
If an award was ever deserved it was the Joe Willock screamer against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup.
The 20-year-old Arsenal graduate won the award with 46% of the vote. Second, came Nicolas Pepe’s winning free-kick against Vitoria in the Europa League. Third in the voting was Gabriel Martinelli’s header against Standard Liege in the same tournament.
Willock deserves this award and it is especially pleasing because he is one of our own.
Now, I am sure you have seen it many times before but let’s be honest, you can never get tired watching this beauty of a goal.
